Questions about Autobiography Privileges
How do I join?
There is nothing to sign up for. Complete and pay for your rentals — once your total spend reaches the Silver level, our team assigns you a card and sends you its link.
What counts towards my spend?
The amount you actually paid for your rentals, after discounts. Deposits, fines, damage compensation, fuel and refunded amounts don't count.
When does my discount start?
From your next booking after you reach a new status. Enter your card number in the booking form and the discount is shown in the booking summary.
Can I combine it with gift or discount codes?
No. With an Autobiography Privileges card, gift and discount codes can't be used — your card discount already applies to the car's rental price.
Can I lose my status?
Your status can be reduced or cancelled for a breach of the rental agreement, deliberate damage to a vehicle or unpaid debt.
How do I get Black Diamond?
Black Diamond is by invitation only. We invite our most loyal customers personally — it isn't tied to a spend level.
