Economy Car Rental in Tbilisi
Fuel-efficient cars for the city and road trips, from $23 per day — Suzuki Vitara, Ford Fusion, Toyota Prius and more.
You don't need a premium car to enjoy Georgia. Our economy range — 7 cars, mostly hybrids such as the Toyota Prius and Ford Fusion, plus the Suzuki Vitara compact SUV — is built for travellers who want reliable, comfortable transport at the lowest daily price. Prices start from $23 per day, and because most of these cars are hybrids, you also save on fuel, which quickly adds up on Georgian distances: Tbilisi to Batumi is around 360 km, Tbilisi to Kutaisi about 240 km.
Economy cars are ideal for everyday life in Tbilisi — commuting from an apartment in Vake or Saburtalo, shopping, visiting friends — and for relaxed trips on paved roads: Mtskheta and the Jvari Monastery, the Kakheti wine region with Sighnaghi and Telavi, the Ananuri fortress on the Georgian Military Road, or the drive west to Kutaisi and the canyons around it. Despite the price, many of these cars are well equipped, with leather interiors, rearview cameras, parking sensors and adaptive cruise control; each car page lists the exact features.
Longer stays are where an economy rental really pays off. From 7 days the daily price drops and the service fee is waived — convenient for digital nomads, students and visitors staying a month in Tbilisi. You can collect the car for free at our office in Bagebi or have it delivered to Tbilisi International Airport ($12) or to your address in the city. A refundable deposit ($38–$58, depending on the car) is returned when the car comes back without fines or damage.
Several of our economy cars can also be booked with a driver, a budget-friendly alternative to a taxi for an airport transfer or a day trip. Choose a car below, select your dates and pick-up point, and we will confirm on WhatsApp.
A few ways to save even more: book for 7 days or longer to get the long-rental discount, pick the car up at our office in Bagebi to avoid a delivery fee, and plan day trips as loops — Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Gori – Uplistsikhe, or Tbilisi – Sighnaghi – Telavi — so you see more while driving less. Many streets in central Tbilisi have paid parking, and a compact car makes parking in the Old Town much easier.
