Autobiography Privileges — Terms & Conditions

These terms govern Autobiography Privileges. By using an Autobiography Privileges card you agree to them.

1. General

• Autobiography Privileges applies to customers who have completed and fully paid for at least one rental.
• Status is personal and non-transferable: only the cardholder can use it, for their own bookings.
• Silver, Gold and Platinum are assigned by the Autobiography team based on spend; the spend levels are a guideline. Black Diamond is by invitation only.

2. Status levels

Spend is your total spend with us. Amounts are converted from Georgian lari (GEL), the base currency; the GEL amount is binding.

3. How spend is calculated

• Spend is the total amount actually paid for your rentals, after all discounts.
• Not counted: deposits, fines, compensation for damage, fuel charges and refunded amounts.
• Only completed and fully paid rentals are counted.

4. Getting and keeping your status

• When your spend reaches a level, the Autobiography team assigns the new status and sends you your card link. It applies from your next booking.
• The spend levels are a guideline: the Autobiography team decides on each status.
• Black Diamond status is reviewed individually.

5. Using the discount

• The tier discount applies on all cars to the car's rental price only. It does not apply to the insurance, the cleaning fee, delivery and return, or other fees.
• Gift and discount codes can't be used together with an Autobiography Privileges card.
• Black Diamond: no deposit — a card authorization only.
• To use the discount, enter your card number when booking online, or show your card when booking by phone or WhatsApp.

6. Black Diamond privileges

Black Diamond cardholders receive:

• 20% off all vehicles
• Free delivery and return within Tbilisi
• 20% off delivery outside Tbilisi
• No deposit — only a card authorization
• Free upgrade to a higher class, subject to availability
• Flexible return: late returns are free until 23:59 on the return day
• 24/7 phone support (call)
• 24/7 technical assistance

7. Other

• The company may reduce or cancel a status in case of a breach of the rental agreement, deliberate damage to a vehicle or unpaid debt.
• The company may change these terms; changes are published on this page in advance.
